GREAT OCEAN STORIES
The Ocean Story Boat will be setting sail to cross the oceans carrying your messages, images and stories.
At each new destination we will be meeting local storytellers who will be sharing their amazing oceans tales with you.
You will be able to sit by the fire with an Eskimo and hear stories of the far north, or it may be from the Aboriginal Dreamtime, or perhaps a Native American Indian Chief.
Other storytellers may come from places more familiar and close to home, but whether from the far north, east, south or the west, the stories will be stories of real wonder and mystery and inspiration.
Schools & Local Children
We will also be filming stories from the local school children so that they can share with you the story of what is happening in the ocean where they live.
NOTE TO PARENTS
Great Ocean Stories is being produced in conjunction with our partners, The Delight Makers, as part of a children’s film project: A Thousand Grandparents & Bed Time Stories.
Storytellers are from many backgrounds: tribal leaders, spiritual teachers, actors, musicians, artists and unknown heroic every day people. There will be stories told from ancient wisdom keepers and people of magic from all around the world and others will be told by the most modern of thinkers and explorers.create a wave
